Initial Consultation
At SKYNN, your journey begins with a 45-minute personalised consultation.
This essential first step allows us to review your medical history, discuss your skin concerns, and conduct a thorough skin assessment. From there, we curate a tailored skincare prescription and treatment plan designed to meet your skin’s unique needs.We understand that every lifestyle is different, so we take into account factors such as budget, preparation time, and availability to ensure your plan is both effective and achievable.
Our commitment to education means you’ll leave your consultation with a clear understanding of your skin and the treatments we recommend - empowering you to achieve the best results possible.

Consultation and/or Treatment
To secure your consultation, a deposit is required.
If you would like to receive treatment on the same day, please let our team know in advance so we can allocate the appropriate time. If you're booking online, treatment time will be automatically reserved.
Without prior notice, your appointment will be reserved for consultation only, and any treatment will need to be scheduled separately. -
Long Distance Clients
While we always recommend an in-person consultation for the most comprehensive assessment, we understand that distance or scheduling may be a challenge.
For your convenience, virtual consultations are also available. However, please note that certain concerns may be difficult to assess fully via video, and an in-person visit may still be recommended for optimal care. -
Securing Your Appointment
A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
To book, simply send us a direct message on Instagram at @skynnandco_. Our admin team will assist you and provide a secure link to make your deposit. Once we receive a screenshot of your deposit confirmation, your booking will be confirmed.
If you are booking through our website, the deposit will be requested during the booking process before your appointment is finalised. -
Deposit and Appointment Reservation Policy
Please note that we can hold your appointment slot for up to one hour.
If the deposit is not received within this time and the slot is in high demand, it may be offered to another client. If you're unsure, you’re welcome to book directly via our website—however, please keep in mind that availability remains open to others until your deposit is received.Your deposit can be applied toward treatments or skincare products. If used, a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. All deposits are securely processed/stored on file and will remain valid until used.

Arrival Time
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary forms at the SGI Psychological Services reception.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, SKYNN reserves the right to cancel your appointment to maintain our schedule.We will make one attempt to contact you during this time. If we are unable to reach you, your appointment - and deposit - will be forfeited.
